For a while I had three. When I had to evacuate for Katrina, I ended up putting the other two in a shelter, I just didn't have the mental capacity to deal with three cats at the point.

Here's some more pictures of his royal highness.

I told my hubby he has to give me a yes or no by tomorrow afternoon. I plan on registering. I really hope he agrees to do this. I think it's great for the kids to see people exercising for a cause.

If you participate, let me know. I'd love to meet you in person!!

I probably will participate in this one. I think Prostate Cancer awareness is a good cause.

Maybe we should try and get LawyerJoke and MPM involved that way we could get a group picture of the Houston Contingent of the Challenge

Okay that being said....

Tonight's workout sucked.... I felt really weak. I'm not sure if its lack of sleep (didn't sleep too well last night), if its poor eating times (but that has never seem to bother me before), or doing some release work on my calves and inner thigh last night.

Here's the Final Workout for Break-in B
Deadlifts
2x15x80

Stepups
2x15xBW (lost count on the first set)

SS w/ 1 arm DB Presses
2x15x21.5 (PR)

Close Grip Lat Pulldowns
1x15x90 (PR)
1x15x80

Didn't have it in me to do the second set at 90.

SS W/
Reverse Crunches
2x20xbw
Again I lost count on the first set.

SS Cardio - 2 mile walk.

This whole workout felt off. Not sure why. Just wasn't how I expected to finish up this part of NROL.

This next week is an off week before I start FL1. I plan on doing cardio (SS and Intervals) and learning the exercises in FL1 that I don't know already. Anything I do will be light and fluffeh!

I will

I'm really tired today. I was fine when I got up, but right before I got off the bus, I got really sleepy. At least I remembered my food for today.

Default Day 4

So far so good. I'm going to go for a walk here in a bit (waiting for the sun to go down a bit more so it's not quite so warm out) and in the mean time get fresh bedding put on the bed so I can go to bed early tonight

I'm going to wait until wednesday to do any push up practicing. Of course I just might combine it into tomorrow's activities since that's the day I was going to do light resistance work.

I have to say... the walk tonight rocked. It was a perfect night for it. Not too hot, nice breeze and when I got to the half way point there was this absolutely gorgeous sunset with pinks, corals, oranges and yellows reflecting off the sky and a beautiful aqua background. I sat on the park bench and just watched it.

I am in a rocking mood.

Last night was fantastic between getting a good walk in and getting stuff done at the apartment. And 30 pushups at a 45 degree angle! Except for the pity party eats on Saturday morning (they were not clean at all) I've been on plan for last 8 days foodwise!!!

I'm looking forward to a light workout tonight
Bulgarian Split Squats
Supine Hip Extensions on a Stability Ball
Lateral rolls on a Stability Ball
Pushup Practice.

Oh and Intervals. Not as much fun as walking, but a girl's gotta do what a girl has got to do!
