The tomatos make me sad too. I might have to rearrange things so I can bring my garden inside and keep my produce!

I want to say the shuffle has a gig of memory on it. I don't know. I have a 1 gig nano that I got last year for my birthday.

Not sure what we should name your ship

Will have to go hunting for more pirate smilies

I am going to be honest. I my frenzy of reading logs, I thought that link was a link in your sig to your log and just missed over it since it was so close to the bottom. Sometime I aren't so smart. Just a dumb okie. Not all okies are dumb though....

Everyone makes mistakes...

like stopping and resting in the middle of set and wondering why it feels so easy....

Thanks. Actually I'm pretty proud of the fact that since I started lifting in January, I've been pretty steady in terms of 3 resistance workouts a week.

It's the diet that I haven't been quite so good about. But I am getting there.

Today is an off day. I might go for a walk tonight.

I'm definitely getting freaky with the foam roller.

This is a great quote. I need to make a thread and post great quotes from logs in there so we can all enjoy the fun of things taken out or left in (in some cases) context.

Hope you have a great day... Tomorrow is the day!

Sorry about the tomatos ... were they completely gone or just chewed upon? That's weird since it is a container garden on a second floor balcony!!

They are completely gone. as near as I can figure the critter climbed a tree and then jumped over to the balcony.

I pulled in the flower pot that I got from my friend Bob. They were his grandmothers and I don't want some critter eating them.

The quote is not mine. Its something I picked up on the O2 board. But taking things out of context can be a blast on occassion. it can also haunt you for the rest of your life .

I am looking forward to tomorrow.

I'm glad today is an off day. The last two Breakin workouts have kicked my butt. My legs are still sore. I'm going to walk for a bit tonight and then get freaky with the foam roller.
