No war intended.
I was just messing around on Picassa instead of Photobucket and found it. I think that's the only picture of Titus that I have (hard drive lost awhile back). The puppies (see avatar for the male) are almost 5 now so that means Titus has been gone 5 and seeing his picture I missed him so I just stuck it in here.
Thanks. It must be true (regal) because that is the common comment from everyone who sees it. He was sure a good boy (eventually - he came with a lot of baggage from being a stray and probably mistreated before that).
Lovely picture of the doggie. I keep meaning to look for some older pictures of the previous cats and scan them in to the computer so I have another copy of them.
But I've been known to move squats to Saturdays. Once or twice I've also doubled up days. I may double DL & Press tonight as I missed presses yesterday. I'll see how I feel after the presses.
Heard you got a new pup, Daisy is it? How old now? My sister has a new one - Zeb is 11 weeks, a yellow, and just a cutie pie. (she's a puppy-raiser for guide dogs if I haven't mentioned it).

Do you not understand that there are RULEZ??? Next, you'll be changing around when you drink your protein . . . or wearing regular clothes to workout. In order to maintain civilized society there must be a recognition of the RULEZ!!

I work out at home - I have a squat rack in my dining room - you'd be shocked to know what I wear at times when working out
Hey Mine's in the living room

Yes! Daisy will be 12 weeks on Monday ... she was born on Matt's and my anniversary (June 22nd) which makes it easy to remember.

5-3-1 Cycle 2 Week 2 -
This was a messed up week schedule-wise - the Labor Day holiday, a migraine, work nonsense, a sciatica/piriformis flare-up, etc.
Rather than double up or cut rest to make the schedule I decided to repeat Week 2 (3 across week) next week and do some light assistance a couple of days just to keep moving.

Sorry you had a rough week... I think you made a good choice to repeat the week instead of push yourself when you're not feeling right...
Titus has passed on 5 years ago - but he was a standard Rott - about 90-95 pounds (the really big Rotts you see around are not standard).
Current dogs are Tasha & Caleb - Caleb is the avatar. They are littler mates, a mix of Lab & Aussie Shep. They just turned 5. He's about 75 lbs, she's somewhat smaller. Good medium sized dogs.
Glad you stopped by.
I've been on rehab since I last posted - the spondo really kicked up and I've decided to attend to it before it gets out of hand. When you have shooting pain when you bend to brush the teeth or when you "forget" to brace before opening the fridge you know you have work to do
If those dogs are medium, I guess I'm used to small dogs. Not really, beagle-sized--Annie in the avatar is 35 lbs, and most of my dogs have been in that range. I'm partial to beagle mixes. Love my mutts.
In reading thru some of your posts, I think I could have saved a lot of time just following your links. Anyway, glad I found it--I tend to just find the very active logs--but I'll check my subs for once for this one. At the moment, I'm feeling kind of peckish myself--all three kids sick--and needing to find some additional rehab to work on. Good timing!
And ugh on the shooting pain. I had one of those last week! : (
