UGH! Where does the time go?!
I am going to get your instructions out tomorrow ... NO MATTER WHAT!!
I keep revising them because I want them "perfect" and the more I read, the more I tweak. NO MORE!! I'm just going to finish up and send them ...
So ... ready to take some more video for me?
What's been going on with your knee pain?
Have you been diligent with foam rolling?

very funny. the test was to see the font size after being in Ogedei's log -
some day, workouts will resume and logging with it - since this isn't a particulary chatty log when there are no workouts nothing happens here.
nope not me. But I'm sure Julie or Roland could take care of something like that for you if you send a PM. Surely no one will see your mention of it in my log.
I have them (the instructions).
I noticed the right knee a week or two ago - noticed in that I (accidentally) made a movement that used to cause pain (and had therefore been avoiding) and it didn't hurt and I thought "ooh, no pain". I haven't tried kneeling on the bed yet, but only because I keep forgetting to try it when I'm home.
Dec 1. A Monday no Less. Good day to get back on track - 1st of month AND a Monday - for those who can only start on boundaries.
And 18 weeks to my birthday - also on a Monday next year.
Mood is climbing out of the cellar so time to get with it.
There is time for 17 week mini-goal - 25 lbs? 30 lbs? Doable but a stretch. All good goals are a stretch, right?
So:
Dial in the diet this week
Do video for Julie in the coming week
Get something going movement-wise to last me until I get particular assignments.
I swear as soon as I posted this my glands started to swell, it became painfull to swallow/turn head and my eyes have that "getting sick" feeling. Hopefully I'll shake this off - I can't afford to miswork again because of sickness (and by afford I mean my projects can't afford any delays).

Hope you managed to shake the incoming sickness, and are working towards that 17 day goal you mentioned!

I know what you mean about the 'getting sick' stuff. I don't have time for it, but you can't always avoid it. I hope it was a passing thing and that you're feeling better.
hammer came down on being sick this afternoon - the under-chin swelling is mostly gone - but in about an hour this morning I went from feeling fine to "have to go home now" - losing voice, cough (with crud), achy, raw throat, swollen tonsil (just the left), and now tonight sneezy/sniffly/watery eyes (sort of backward to start with cough though). well - at least I have very little appetite
I know the feeling Lisa. I thought I was over the hill with the crud, but tonight everything seems all scratchy again.

ran up my temp to 100.8 last night - getting really good at that -
back down today - went to work - felt "sick" but not too sick to work - bonus - my voice is horrible so everyone I spoke to was full of sympathy - and with all the practice my cough is really bad sounding.
For some reason tonight I am super-hyper - like 2 triple espresso's with sudafed hyper - except I've had none of those. odd. Hope I can sleep.
