They're like little snippets from Pinky and the Brain.

Wed 8/7
Workout B - Upper Body

Warm-up: general flailing about the shoulder joint

all 1x12
A. PNF D1 with band - sub'd 5# wts
B. ER with band - green from r.cuff set
C. YTWL - empty hand
D. Face Pulls 10# - then 1x5 at 20#
E. Down Dog Core
F. Ab Curl downs

Post WO - stretching routine

Comment: yikes. I thought my left shoulder was the problem since that is where I've had pain but the right one was weak compared to the left. And prone to cramping up.

some yes, some no.
Lunges were better. Crab stance - harder on my back and harder to convince my feet that they could actually lift up. Squat drill was still killer on the ankles by the end.

Mobility
Rolling
Stretching

Tried the ankle drill barefoot. That's hard on the foot. Maybe with an incline plane rather than just up on a block.

Yea ... I can't stretch my calves barefoot (like the stair stretch) ... hurts my feet too much! But it might work on an incline versus a 2x4.

not that I have an incline just lying about the house - but I'll be using shoes the next time.

There's this place where the sidewalk is cutout for wheeled access and on the sides of it the curb to it is a little incline - don't think I haven't thought about wandering down there barefoot to give it a try

I'm generally a pretty skin guy and I don't see how the murder rate doesn't go up in your state living on that low of calories.

I'm sure he's just helping you out. Now that you're posting in your log, we're worried it might get filled with workouts.

It's just that sort of caring person that's got Jill's log where it is today.

OK so I should have quoted. Some times living in my own world is more interesting than others.

It's nice to that I can still get the conversation started. What's harder for me is that I end up talking to the same three people over 4 different logs and trying to keep that conversation straight.
