Greetings everyone!!
So...you might be wondering what the deal is with my journal title. :p Well, in less than 4 weeks my hubby (who is in the military) and I will be leaving the United Kingdom and will be moving to Germany. So...from now on, I will be DLing, squatting, benching and doing Lord only knows what else from Deutschland!
A few things about me...
I am 28 years old.
I am happily married to my USAF hubby, Brian.
I have two cats (Maddie and Riley) that I adore. No kids...just cats. If you don’t like cats (or any other animal or insect), well...I guess you are out of luck ‘round these parts! I am a critter lover.
I love, love, love all training. The more intense, the better!!
I actually enjoy cardio. I know, I know...BOO HISS. (I am a road cyclist and also ran marathons before I busted my knee 5 years ago...)
And to the important part...
I have been training with Jonathan Fass (www.acceleratedstrength.com) since late August. What can I say, except that he is AWESOME. My training is challenging and creative and my menus rock. I had made a ton of progress - dropping almost 14 pounds and actually gaining some wicked strength! - before...well, LIFE happened and set me almost back to square one. No worries. I am one dedicated chick when I put my mind to something. I am currently on vacation visiting my family in California...(but I haven't missed a day of training ) but the “fun and games” starts when I get home this Sunday. Woo Hoo. Are you ready to watch the madness?? Good...because here we go!!

You'll do well. Bitburg is about 20min away, Ramstein\Volgiway (shopping) about an hour. You'll have the whole US convenience thing going for you, while being flat in in the middle of Germany so you're not limited to US only "stuff".

Great to know, thanks! Sounds like you are enjoying your time there. We've been at RAF Lakenheath now for three years...I *love* it here and am sad to leave...but I am very excited about all that Germany will have to offer.
We are actually heading out there on the 21st to go househunting Hoping to live within a 20 min or so drive from the base. Wish us luck! (I am also looking forward to scouting out the base gym )
Not much, my dear! Training is done...so now I just have a few things to take care of around here. My Dad and I are taking my Mom out for Mother's day tonight (dinner and a movie) as I will not be here on Sunday. It should be a great day!!
Front squats - 95 (I loathe these :p )
Dips - BW
Pulley lunges - 30# each
Pulley flat presses w/ stab ball - 30# each
and then everyone's favorite...Tabatas!!! Today was DB Front Squat push/press and Divebomber Push-ups (not such a fan of these ) I was feeling so great, I added a third set of jumping rope to the mix.
Attitude: AWESOME!
Diet - I am in between diet menus right now, and I am also on vacation...but things have been clean and I am quite proud that even with all of the eating out I have been doing, I have made excellent food choice and have stayed on point 90% of the time. Yay me! I am *really* looking forward to getting home this weekend and back into my routine and my menus!

Lol...yes it has...the good news is that it's basically done...after finals (2 weeks) I'll be writing copy for it, and it should launch within the month.

Thanks, Jen! I am just finishing up my packing right now...you know how that is! I'll check in on Sunday when I get into town safe and sound. What a long week I have ahead of me...trip home Sat/Sun, sorting the house M/T, movers W/Th...ack! Think some AABB thoughts for me; I am going to need 'em!
