Nope. Not sure what I am going to do. I will probably wait until I get back to the UK before I do anything...but we'll see! Life is just so crazy right now!

What about you??
(Sorry Jen!)
I'm pretty sick of O2 land also, sorry for the hijack Jen.
Welcome Jen ... not sure where you came from, but any friend of Jonathan's is more than welcome!
I just love this ... much better than "cheat"!!
Hey there Julie! Thanx for visiting...working with Jonathan has been the best gift I've ever given myself, I have nothing but great things to say about him as a coach....
BTW -- I'm an ex 02-er who got tired of all the meaninless chit chat... I feel more accountable here...you people are pretty hardcore
Training: On and done (it was a whopper -- always get blasted on W3/W4)
Cardio: might go boxing this evening
Eats: On top of it....
Training Damage:
CDL's = 145/135
Incline Dumbell Press = 35s
Barbell Lunge = 85
Uni Pulley Row = 55
Tabatas -- Zerchers/Divebombers = E.V.I.L.
*Been really happy making lots of strength gains lately even though I'm in a bit of a deficit. When I get my new menu from Jon that will prolly be another story.
I think I registered for their boards, but never really explored or posted. I do subscribe, but have many issues with the information provided in the magazine. Craig Ballantyne and I had a good conversation about it on his site ... now I am more at peace with the stuff knowing what Craig told me (I'm not letting it ruffle my feathers as much!).
There is lots of great knowledge here, and minimal bullshit, especially from the ladies ... some of the guys can get a little ... ummmm ... peacockish in the training forum, but here in the logs folks are always nice!

Yeah, the site has turned into an online version of the mag and has really gone downhill... I learn much more over here
I don't know...things are a bit diff't now that I've joined the new kickboxing gym. The bag classes are really intense and since starting there my hunger has been through the roof. I love the classes and the mental focus that's required makes the time fly by so I actually enjoy the cardio! We'll see if I get my cals bumped up a bit -- I also am not at my low point weight wise anymore
