Decided against going to boxing today -- gonna take a day of rest since I lifted and did cardio yesterday. Body is feeling kind of trashed today after 3 days of lots of activity.

Talk about ADD I ended up going to boxing and am glad I did -- I feel much more awake and alert now afterwards...

M2: Greek Yogurt/PB

M3: Spinach salad, chicken, o. oil, feta

It is a woman's prerogative to change her mind on a moment's notice, Jen!

Was it, perhaps.... quad venti americano triggered? Hmmmm?

We have one on 17th St. in Costa Mesa, there's another at the big shopping center in Huntington at Beach Blvd. We had a bunch of Diedrich's around here but they all got swallowed up by S-bucks....

One thing I really like about TNT is that I'm forced to eat more green veggies due to the absence of fruit...

And I really like munching on raw green beans...I used to do that as a kid..

Shades of my childhood too Jen.

Although picking those suckers and hauling 5 gallon buckets was a bitch.

I used to eat potatos raw as a kid...for some reason I believed that they would give me worms. But, did that stop me? Nooooo....
