You go girl! You can do BW dips?! I'm impressed!! I'm very weak in that exercise, plus it kills my shoulders ...

There was a power outage at the kickboxing gym so we had to do class without music today It was funny you could hear everyone wheezing for 45 minutes...I get double credit for that w/o

Training: Off today
Cardio: Boxed this morning -- one of the toughest classes I've taken yet!
Eats: 100% on -- took my free meal last night. It was grand -- no bloat or anything this morning

So are you doing boxing boxing, Jen?
I am fascinated with the idea of hitting things as hard as I can (but less so with someone returning the favor)... still a tomboy, I guess.

Kickboxing bag classes....so I not only get to hit things but I get to kick too -- doesn't get any better than that!

Good stuff! Can I ask what 'diet' you are following at the moment?

Tina, you crack me up!! I feel like we are two peas in a pod sometimes!! I have always wanted to take up something like this for the same reason ... but I'm not to keen on being on the receiving end ... when my kids get older, if they are interested in taking a martial art, I will do it with them.

Every kid's dream...they wait patiently for years until the day when they can kick the crap out of their parents!

I went and trained today because I was up early and it's less busy on Sun. than Mon.
Training Damage:
Full Squats: 135 for all my sets -- PR
Neutral Grip Chins: 2 unassisted and then -30/-20 assisted -- PR
RDL's (explosive): 135
Double Med. Ball Pushups (explosive): BW
Tabatas: Burpees (should call these Puke-ees)/Turkish Get-Ups
I love that I'm still seeing strength gains despite being so low carb....
Cardio: Boxing later this morning
