I guess I need to road trip to TJ's soon. I love yogurt but don't do carbs well. This had better be good! It sounds like I'd benefit most from full fat? Guide me; I'm a greek yogurt virgin!

Never tried the full fat version. I'd go with the 2% if you want a little. The full fat cersion is too caloric for my dieting levels but I'm sure it's yummy.

Hey Jen (and all the other Greek yogurt fanatics that are reading this)--

Stonyfield Farm is making a new line of greek yogurt called "Oikos".

Linkie here

I can't vouch for it yet, but it sounds delish.

Just finished roasting 7 lbs of veggies

Added an apple to my second meal -- felt like I could use a little kick before I go beat the $hit out of the heavy bag
