Default Friday, May 18th

Thanx for all the luv in my little corner here. Today was the last major workout for this phase as next week is my "light and fluffy" week...well deserved!

Training:

Barbell Lunges: 105/115 (PRish)

Uni Pulley Row: 60 (also PRish)

Conventional DL's: 135 (explosive)

Flat Dumbell Bench: 37.5s (exp.) (*Note to Jonathan -- I apologize for not following my plan with these. I was supposed to be doing decline db press this whole phase but there is always some moron hogging our one decline bench doing half-assed situps. I've been subbing in flat and incline press -- please punish me and send me to boxing more times a week )

Tabatas: Zerchers/Divebombers *Note to Jonathan -- I'm thinking that after 4 loooong weeks of Tabatas 3x/week that doing them on my "backing off" week may not be the best idea. I wouldn't waste a box of Kleenex crying if these were not on my plan for next week

Cardio: Kickboxing on lunch hour. I love love love my new hobby....I feel my leanness creeping back in...

Eats: Dead on...I look forward to having a menu again though...

Plan for today....hmm...don't have one.

Going boxing this morning and then the rest of the day is up in the air. I might do some writing.

God's gift to snacking - thick, tangy, low-carb yogurt w/out flavorings or sweeteners.

Great explanation -- 100cals per cup, 5g carbs, 20g protein, and it kicks cottage cheese's ass!

Have you tried the Greek yogurt cheese from TJ's? Mix it with some crushed nuts and chopped herbs. So good on everything. Fruit, vegetables, or meat.
