I looked at my numbers from last August when I started with Jonathan and my CDL's were only 95 lbs! So increasing up to 165 makes me very happy!

Got Roussell's book today -- great stuff...

I love the idea of setting 2-year goals and then "acting as if" you've reached those already. Very inspiring...

Hi Jen, did you get your new meal plan yet or are you on your own still? Nice weight you hit on your CDL's how are you finding your grip is holding out for you? I get scared that I am going to drop the barbell my hands are very small and they are always slipping, especially when I go heavy. I tried J's suggestion of wrapping the thumb under but my fingers are too short.

On my own till next phase I think, but I've been planly really well and made some changes to my routine that are helping some of my "food issues"

As for my grip -- it seems to have gotten stronger over time. I tried the hook grip but it was *really* uncomfortable.

Did you watch the game last night? What a brutal hit on Holstrom, Pronger needs the book thrown at him for that hit no need for it especially with the elbow up IMO.

Yeah I saw it...uncalled for with that hit to Holmstrom.... Gonna be hard to come back if Detroit keeps playing like this...
