I'm doing the same thing. Since the challenge ends on my birthday, I'll have money to blow on the big 4-O

Oooooooo this is the same idea that Ipster started a long time ago, she has such great ideas, you must like them. I should start it too, then maybe I won't be broke all the time :p

Yup, it always seemed to work for her -- so I'm givin' it a go! I haven't had any issues staying on plan lately, but I thought it would be nice to "save up" for something...

Jen: Sounds like a great idea! I was thinking of doing something this summer with the kids --either that or Shrute Bucks (any Office watchers?)

Good workouts too! My dh does the protein coffee thing a lot. He stirs it into his mug on the way out the door. As the chief bottlewasher around here, I will tell you that it kind of clumps some.

That's why hot coffee and the blender are the only way to go -- no clumps, and definitely no explosions

Morning all!

About to head off to the gym to enjoy a workout.

We went and saw "Knocked Up" last night -- good movie I haven't laughed that much in the theatre since Wedding Crashers...

Happy Friday.....I'll be back with a training report.

What did you think of it overall? We've been hesitant to go because dd gets bored and if it doesn't keep her interested, I get wiggle girl on my lap. Spiderman 3 seemed twice as long to me!

I actually thought it was really good. A little gross sometimes, but a sweet story.

On a side note my hubby and I loved that show "Freaks and Geeks" which ran for one season in the late 90s I think. It was such a smart funny show about being in high school. Anyhow almost the entire cast has gone on to be really successful and 4 of them are in "Knocked Up"....

Training Damage:

RDL's = 165
Double Med. Ball Pushups = 25lb plate on my back

Full Squats (explosive) = 105
Nuetral Grip Chins (explosive) = -60 assisted

Tabatas: Puke-ees/Divebombers = worst combo ever

Kickboxing on lunch hour

Those are some great numbers! Sorry nothing more original than what had already been said. As I read your post, that is what I was thinking then the other two said it. I am going to be a parrot and simply repeat it.

Hmm.. a parrot.. I need one of those on my Pirate ship....
