Looks tough (program) but the saving grace is that only 2 sets are being done

I sometimes do swings with two arms, but only toward the end of sets when I am completely smoked. I swing a lot more comfortably with one

Just can't believe you do this with such a heavy weight and then also with just one arm.

This is the weight I use when I do it for 1 minute, but I switch arms halfway during the interval I swing a 24KB for 10 reps. It's really not hard once you know how.
The most exciting thing I have done with a KB is throwing it in the sand as far as we could. Digging them out was not fun!

Spent the whole morning at the hospital with hubby, the new doc wanted a cast put on. So we go it, and they put a cast splint on him, he took it off this afternoon. The pain was killing him. They also won't prescribe any painkillers. Go figure. This was a good thing to happen on a low cal day
My new program is great
EST day today
Mobility went fine, I am used to the exercises now On hip airplanes I had some pain in my left glute, but nothing serious.
Complexes with 20 kg bar for the first two sets and then 22 kg bar
4x6
CDL
RDL
ROW
MP
ATG SQ
GMO
Food was scarce, but not much hunger, since I was busy
1. kefir + blueberries
2. turkey breast+ tomato+yogurt
3. kefir + a few strawberries
4. blackberries + yogurt + hazelnuts
5. planning some light feta cheese, tomato and egg whites for the 200 cals I have left
Getting excited about the high day tomorrow!

This is cool
1. I got my body comp analyzed by a professional tanita analyzer at my endocrinologist's office.
I just got a 13% reading from calipers so this is a very close reading!
Total Body Weight: 55.8 kg
Fat %: 13.4%
Total body water: 62.4%
Basic Metabolic Rate: 1423 kcal
Metabolic Age 12
Physique rating: thin and muscular
They also put a metabolic analyzer on me that I will be wearing for a week to test how much energy I expend doing different stuff. Neat!

Very lean!
Is the professional one the one that you stand on and hold some handles, with a scale built into it, and then it prints out something?

It's sort of a big clumsy looking scale, I didn't hold on to anything and it printed out a sheet, yes.

Galya, could you describe the hip airplanes? I saw that Bill mentioned them in his blog, but he never described them ...

Julie,
you stand on one leg, the other one is extended behind (like in a 1 leg romanian DL)
You twist at the hip towards the base leg, as if you want to stick the opposing iliac on the inside of the base leg You hold your arms out for balance, hence airplanes
