Comments:
-good workout. Got in some decent volume even though I was strapped for time.
-Happy with the 70 chin. Especially since at 190+, I'm the heaviest I've ever been.
-Flag football game tomorrow. MAYBE a workout later on if I'm up to it.

I'm sure dec 15 will be here VERY fast. This has been a fast year in general.
Todays Game:
A good portion of our team was taking SATs, so we only had 6 guys--no subbing out. The other team was decent. No incredible athletes. Our offense was decent, and we got a couple picks on D. two of their touchdowns, however were off bizzare plays--one where the guy didn't wear a flag so no one touched him, and the other off a hook and ladder where we missed 5 chances to grab the flag. Our team is starting to gel--we're getting the hang of this league.
I played ok. Decent blocking(one of their rushers weighed about 260), and I had 3 completions.
Final score 29-12, them.

No workout today. GPP tomorrow morning and squats tomorrow night.
In other news, weighed in at 192 this morning.  I'm almost obese according to the bmi! Don't know if I want to make a push for 200, or if I want to cut to 180.

-Solid workout. I was going to hit legs today, but my hip has been hurting the whole day. It is very tight and sore. So, I benched today.
-Benching went well. A big part of benching is setting up well on the bench. I find that it's much easier if I get a tight setup.
-everything else was fine, made some improvements.

I'll take your word for it! My shoulder has actually been feeling better(no more random pain or clicking), so I'll take that as a good sign(or placebo effect)
No workout today, my hip still hurts. I can walk fine, but it hurts when I put all my pressure on it. Not ideal for squatting.
In other news, took my last trimester exam today. Meaning, I'm pretty much done with high schoo!l(these set of grades are last one colleges see!) Yay!
Now just to get in somewhere!

-this was shit. Deads sucked. I taped them though.
-my workouts have sucked lately.
-I think I'm gonna cut now(blasphemy!). I'm around 193, up about 60 lbs from about 16 months ago. and, up about 16 lbs since school started. While it's nice being relatively big(for example, in football practice today, while I was rushing I charged my friend who was blocking, and send him flying 5 feet back on his ass.),it's time to cut. Gains are getting sloppy, and I wouldn't mind being 10 lbs lighter for football.
-I'm just gonna cut cals and workout 3 times a week. Low volume fullbody--3x5.
In other news, I finally know when I get my college decision--2 weeks from today.

I hear ya on the cutting. I'm up about 10 pounds myself this school year, a lot of it very recent weight. I'm sick of it too.
College news: 10 days to go for my first decision, 2 weeks from tomorrow for a second school, and sometime before Christmas for the other 2 schools. Can't wait to just get it over with.

Good luck on the weight loss, take it realy slow if you are playing football and stuff too, dont want to have any bad games because you are low on energy. Post up those deads on youtube or something man.

Hey, when exactly does Georgetown let you know? And, how exactly do they notify you?(phone, mail, email, ect.) I'm asking as my good friend did Georgetown EA like you, and he's dead-set on going.(big politics fan)
And, yeah, I too can't wait to get it over with. Admit or deny (hopefully not defer), I just want an answer.

My plan is pretty much:
-Low volume total body 3 or 2x a week.
-60 min flag football every sunday
-practice once a week, if that.
I'll be fine--I actually have more energy when I cut.
I'll try to post the vids later--got about an hour of bio left to do.
