If thats all they give you in the second edition, then it\'s probably not worth it to me, probably a waste of money.
But I do still want it anyway, maybe I\'ll buy it if the price comes down. I\'m pretty sure I know how to do rows, incline presses etc.. by now , although I\'ve never really got the feel for GM\'s, I just hate them.

Forgive me for not knowing, but if you're going to be playing a sport in college, then you might get more information on the type of training that they'll be doing for that sport.
Contact coaches (like EC, dos, Mike Boyle, etc.) that have experience with athletic teams and lifting to get their take on this. My guess is that they encounter this quite often.
But, you might want to combat this now, when you don't have an "official" coach and can still use one of these guys to help you out. If you wait, you might find that the coach where you end up going isn't much of a strength training guy (or not articulate enough to help you).

I really don't play any sports competitively. Unless "wasting time on the internets" is a sport. Then, I'd be an all-star!

It's not school itself, its all the damn work that goes along with it. School itself is pretty fun. For example, we missed 2 days last week because an inguana got into our air conditioner. Stuff like that happens on a weekly basis

Hey, good work getting some of the apps done and acing the interview! I'm telling you though, when you get to be old like me, you'll look back at high school and college and say, wow...that's when i really had it made. Things were so easy and stress-free back then.
Your new avi makes me laugh.

Well, it wasn't that fun today--AC broke again(2nd time in 2 weeks. AND, this is a new A/C unit, which they put in 2 years ago to replace the old one, which flew off the roof in a hurricane )

Well, I wouldn't say the best days are high school and college, just relatively stress-free. It's still fun...even when you're old.

High school = not a care in the world, for me at least.
College (6 courses) while working 40+ hours per week.. can be pretty stressful at times. dont do that.

Nah, your best years are when you're in your 40s.
Sounds like you already decided to do grad school?
