Get with the program, man :p
I'm just curious, why the redskins? I could see a foreginer liking a team with a lot of history/tradition, like the cowboys. Or a *good* team like the patriots. Any reason why you're a skins fan?

Depends on whose history/tradition you're talking about I suppose.

Comments:
-this was really good. Recovered from yesterday, and everything felt good.
-due to peoples' suggestions, I changed the squats around, hitting the 5RM before getting fatigued. Squats were tough but good, I'll go for 225x5 next week.
-I'm thinking about changing RDLS to pullthrus/leg curls, as my grip is the limiting factor.
-tomorrow's the last day of school for me this week, looking forward to getting some sleep.

thanks, I most definitely will!

You're right, it's early this year as the jewish/gregorian calendars don't match up. It is actually a leap year in the jewish calendar, so it will be later next year.

All right you asked, heres the story.

Back in the day as about a 10yr old in primary school, a friend had some
NFL team cards (like trading cards i guess) just with the team logos on it.
(i think from memory)
He had already chosen his favourite team which was the Dolphins (he thought they had the best logo). So I got to choose from the rest as to which was my favourite and I chose the Redskins, and so a Skins fan was born.
I knew very little about the game back then, so I bought some books and 20 years later its really the only team I support.

there you go.

Comments:
-wow, the gym was full of young bros today. kids doing partial benching with 95, shrugs with 20 lb DBs, lifting their shirts to look at their ript abz. Not the greatest enviroment.
-up 4 reps on the bench, not too bad. Other 2 sets were up too, but rest was off since I had spot someone. So I don't care that they were better, I had more rest.
-nothing else special to report, this workout is easier than the ME upper; it's more of a "pump" workout.
-skipped ab circuit as I was pressed for time.
-no workout till monday. next 2 days are jewish new year, then it's saturday, then sunday is a jewish fast day. So I should get some decent rest.
-looking forward to the next few days, my schedule is going to consist of going to temple, eating, and sleeping
