Hey PA...you're doing great with the SFM! I really enjoyed that program and was amazed at the gains I saw not only by the end of the program, but since then. How are your shoulders feeling now?

I'm usually dead after doing it and have to lie down for 10 minutes before I can get up. But my conditioning is getting better, as I have been doing this 2x a week for a month.

Yeah, its an awesome program. Looking forward to putting on some muscle once this is done. Shoulders are doing fine.

Pretty good Carbup:
10:30, PWO
scoop of whey
4 bowls of healthy cereal with milk
1 bowl of oats with milk
dried pears
1230:
Protein pancakes-mehh, these were the kind with cottage cheese, whey, oats and egg whites. Not bad, but nothing like real pancakes
4:00
piece of salmon
big plate of barley with other crap(leftover from friday night)
ice cream sandwhich(lowfat, though )
dried pears
6:00
Cottage cheese
more barley(not bad at all!)
8:00
pasta
cottage cheese
grapes
Right now
graham crackers, dried fruit.
^I know, its pretty weak, but I was studying/working the whole day, and didnt want to waste time to pick up any food.
Wow, I love this diet. Getting leaner/stronger and eating whatever I want on sundays. Not bad at all.

No cardio today. I'm feeling run down and I'm swamped in work.

Comments:
-good, tough workout. Made some nice improvments.
-Box squats were tough. The biggest problem is exploding off the box. Once I get halfway up, I lock out fast.
-I'm happy with 115x8, considering that 110 was my 1RM in january.
-I'm done cutting, I'm going to maintain a for a week or two before seriously ramping it up.
-not sure if I'll be able to exercise tomorrow. Schoolwork is taking priority for the next 4 months or so.

looks like you've got your priorities in line, even though it does suck sometimes. I had to just stop lifting all together during my student teaching last fall.
are you going to make WS4SB's a 4 day program? or just keep it at the standard three. seems like there was a link for adding a 4th day. . . a RE leg day.

Not for a while at least, I want to stick with the original program for at least a month before adding things in. Maybe afterwards, if I have time to pull it off.

no cardio today. I had to go to a school event tonight, so no time. Looking forward to the weekend--plenty of sleep and time to exercise.

Comments:
-I modified some things, as gym was crowded today and things were being used.
-Deadlifts were OK, 365 got maybe 2 inches off the ground. I'll get it soon. 315 felt really tough, though. I was done after 2 triples.
-I liked SFM. Tough program, but I got a lot stronger.
-Looking forward to this weekend, gonna try to catch up on sleep, and get a college essay or two out of the way. Fun times.
-I'm gonna go ahead and start WS4SB on sunday or monday. Looking forward to it.
