I'm guessing the free weights are closer to consistent...
Keep up the good work Dude!
There's plenty following along to kick you in the ass if you don't keep after it, ya know!

I'd hope they were consistent! If not, I need to find new gyms!
Thanks, I appreciate it.
I have to admit that I ate well throughout the weekend until last night. My boss took me up on the dinner I owed him (for finding me my summer job) and so I pigged out. Man was it good......
back on track today though. It sucks that it's already Monday and the weekend seemed more like a workweek. Oh well.... two more weeks is all.

Monday April 30
HIIT
5 minute warmup @ 3.5
3 rounds; 1 minute @ 10.7, 2 minutes @ 6.0
5 minute cooldown @ 3.5
I was in the front row tonight. My chest looked huge. (no, my nipples weren't showing) It was odd. Maybe it was just the shirt I was wearing.
I did notice last night as I got out of the shower (with a towel on you perverts) for the first time ever that I actually halfway look like I workout. Now I have to find the other half.
Weigh in on Wednesday. I'm excited. Which is kind of sad I think.

If you're like me, you tend to be more critical of yourself than others are, so if you're seeing some progress yourself, others will definately see it. Nice going. Keep it up!

yup. Exactly. Thanks man (and thanks Alco)!
Tuesday May 1
Superset 1
Front Squats
3x10 @ 135
Cable Seated Rows
3x10 @ 180
Superset 2
Pushups
3x10 @ 25
Single Leg Air Humps
3x10 @ 25
Superset 3
Rotational Lunges (plate overhead)
3x10 @ 45
Crunches
3x10 @ 45
I was sweating like a pig and thoroughly tired afterwards, but I wasn't gasping for air like I was in the 15 and 12 rep sets earlier even though the rest periods were shorter. I'm making some serious progress and I'm seeing results. I like that.
The transition from the weight room to the mats was absolutely unbelieveable today. They need to learn how to regulate temperature. I was absolutely freezing (so yes.... it goes without saying) downstairs and then upstairs it was like the furnace was on.
Only 3 more workouts in fat loss one, and only 8 more days of school left. Yikes.

Maybe you're freezing because you have no fat to insulate yourself. Good work.

Thanks! even though the words below here kinda dispute that.
Wednesday May 2
Weigh In
206.6
back down to earth. Dammit.
I know I shouldn't be bitching about a one pound loss, and I look leaner, but dammit, that's what I get for having about 400 calories more than I normally do on Tuesdays and for having a large, large, large cheat meal Sunday night at 9.
Punishment tonight will be raising the work intervals a tick or two.

You're good. Don't be a wuss.
Now, just stop f-ing up and the weight will still go down faster, rather than fluctuate so much.
By the way, your new job sounds awesome. I'm envious that you got something that you can be so excited about. It sounds great. Just focus on the free diet sodas and throw away the hot dog buns!

I'll pass on some advice Lost Dog and Galya gave me...go more by the mirror and how you feel versus the scale. I'm trying to avoid it. You're doing well...keep dialing in the diet. It'll get easier, trust me.

Thanks guys! I appreciate it, I really do. I look better, I know that. But... ARGH! I wish that scale would have moved down more.
The fun begins today as far as school goes. It's not too stressful now, but of course, I got my due dates screwed up for an assignment (30 pts) and didn't turn it in today because I thought it was due tomorrow. I just emailed it in after freaking out all during class, so hopefully I will at least get some credit for it. I just have to make it through next Friday. I've told myself I wasn't going to stress out, but I broke that when I saw everyone turning the assignments in at the beginning of class. Stupid brain fart on my part.

Hell, my mouth started watering yesterday at the smell of dog food when I was feeding my dogs. Sick, but true.

I'm impressed. Your dedication in this one is awesome. I'm such a slacker.

Thanks Gabe! Your gains that you made on EC's program took dedication too. Get your butt back in the gym.
Wednesday May 2
HIIT
5 minute warmup @ 3.5
3 rounds; 1 minute @ 10.8, 2 minutes @ 6.0
5 minute cooldown @ 3.5
Upped it a tenth because of my crappy showing on the scale this week. I'm still mad about that.
