Well, my max rep test for squat didn't really wear me out much, so I went ahead and did squats last night.

again, gonna leave good mornings here. I do RDLs on deadlift day and it just seems silly to be all maxin out on good mornings, it doesn't seem to be the point... and my RDLs are like twice my good mornings, so I'm not gonna bother.

changed bss to dyn lunge because all the plyo steps in the gym are wobbly, and it's a serious pain in the ass to try and use them for bss. Benches are too soft for my taste with the bss. So, dyn lunge it was.

Back starting to tighten up, I'll try to get on the foam today... do some regen with Otto or something.

I did, thanks.

After Mousie died in March we got 2 new ones, so we have 2 insane/stupid/dicky cats. Flipper is super fluffy, eats a TON (have to find a way to keep him busy or else, fat on a cat is a bad thing, hurts them muches) and is lazy, and a dick to Stan. Stan is super sweet and likes to lick things/people/whatever and chase the bell/feather combo (there's no more feathers really) so he's super active.

I know. Mousie was rather inactive and gained a pound... it took us a couple years before she lost it. Not a big deal because it was only a pound, but still. It was fairly slow because kittehz don't understand why you're starving them... so the "healthy weight" food was our easiest option.

Flipper... he's just a messy pig. He gets the food all over the place and still manages to prolly eat twice as much as Stan. And we can't as much monitor his food intake because if we fed them less than Stan would get underfed for sure.

It's not really a problem yet, I just want to keep it from being a problem. So, I try to engage him in play, plus he and Stan wrestle and chase each other and stuff.



Ah, finally finished one of my paintings. Heh, noone knows I'm coming to this reunion, I haven't showed up for the past three years (It's just kinda a christmas in july thing, since the family is so big and there's so much going on for most people actual christmas time..). But my aunt is hosting it so I painted something for her... and the only person who knows I'm going is my mom who purchased my ticket home and my sister who I'm driving up with.

Still not looking forward to most of it though. Mountains of NY, NO cell reception, prolly no internets either... I'm not sure how the hell I'll live....

My cat hears voices from her tail. She'll suddenly spin around and look at it as if it just said something demonic to her, then she'll hiss and spit back at it, then she'll start running around in a circle to try to catch it. It's really creepy. Otherwise, she's great!

So today we completed our competition bit of the challenge. We volunteered at the Cupn'cone race (for MS). We couldn't ride, it was too far and we're not conditioned enough for it. But we were there from 645 this morning till 1pm. I declare that done.

Also done with my personal goal.

Won't get the actual workouts done, but eating has been spot on clean.

Wishing the scale would budge....

4th. I have something like 20 cousins, they all have kids (except my sis and I). My grandparents had like 6 kids. Everyone breeds young, like 16ish (I'm an old maid) so everyone has tonnes of kids. I think my cousins' kids is numbering something like ....10-12... so that's a dozenish great-grand kids my grandparents have... and they're not 70 yet. heh.

Yeah, it looks like you're making it better... back work helps, rotator work helps, chest stretching helps, and practicing postural stuff helps. It's not usually as simple as "stop slouching" like moms always say, but it's usually not hard to fix.

That's what we did. All the kittehz were super cool. We tried for a bunch of different ones but they all ended up being pulled because they had signs of ringworm. (hmm, now I can't remember, but it's the one that's a fungus, not a parasite.) The people at the SPCA recognized us 3 months later from far away when we went to drop off a donation of tennis balls for the doggiez... that's how much we were there before getting our kittehz.

My sister says that cell service in my home town is much better than it was the last time I was there. Plus I think my hotel has hi speed access, which is good since I'll be doing massive pictures dumps at night.
