I assume you mean Pocket PC not PowerPC. This is Mac software, so it's highly unlikely they will have a solution for you. If you did mean PowerPC (i.e., old Mac), yeah that's supported.

Spin class
my knee ended up bothering me again, I cut out the last 5-10 minutes and was likely better for it.
still...
47 min, avg hr 131
we'll call this steady state. I couldn't go fast enough because the resistance to hurt my knee. hard to get the heart rate up, so it was just kinda me peddling along for 50 minutes...
food was good yesterday, got to paint some, read a bit of GTD and that's about it.
nutrition
22/115/122 (2 down)
workouts
rt: 3/25
cardio: 7/30 (5 interval, 2 ss)
personal
about 1/2 way through Getting Things Done
1/20 shoulder sessions
1/61 hours art
~900/1830 minutes organization
-no movement on the Lais, although I've read 2 prior to this (which is why I bought the rest to read)

thx Og
Tonite was yoga. It's the last time I'll be going to my old gym, our membership ends friday. It was a good run, but we like the new one better and it's 24 hour and has da pool.
So, I was gonna do shoulder p/rehab, but on my way home I tweeked my shoulder and now my trap is all tight and shit and hurts and has severely shortened my ROM, so instead I'm gonna beg someone for a good rub.
And I need food. hmm....
Did I mention I have this awsum pancake mix for cottage cheese pancakes? schweetness and tasty and full o'protein and yummy goodness.
uh... time to find a monkey

I can't believe it takes the idea of searching for monkey genitalia for you to actually do a search. There's something SEVERELY wrong with that.

June 14 --holy carp
So, last time I did squats it was a total bust. I could only eke out 75 pounds, couldn't even do them all... it was sad.
I've been avoiding doing them because A)Other workouts make me unable to easily do so (cycling bothers knee, yoga leaves core domy, etc) and B) It suxors so bad last time I didn't really want to face the pain in the ass again.
So today... Squats. combosetted with one-arm db rows
Warmup 45x5
65x6
75x5
85x5
95x5
100x5
and for shits and giggles, 105x2
What the hell, you ask? No idea. None at all. It was easy till I got to 100. Even then I'm like... let's see how many 105s I can bang out. And on the third time down my legs informed me I was just gonna sit there, but that's ok with me. I'm down wit dat!
Then I unloaded the bar and put it back in place.
Other side... row. each side (left always first, I'm weaker for rows on the left)
no warmup
25x5
30x5
35x5
35x5
35x5
total 20 min, avg hr 125
Cardio:
rowing machine: level 7. 10 min. 1865m
elliptical: random level. 16 min. 1.22mi
Total: 24min, avg hr 142
(forgot to set heartrate monitor for first minute of each one, oh well.)
Now then.
I also ate fine, painted lots, and made a kick-ass shake with berries, vanilla protein, vanilla frozen yogurt, greens+, creatine, and milk.
it was awsum.

A day of rest is nice. I am looking forward to one of those soon. I don't know when, but I'll get one... I am glad this got bumped. I went looking for this monkey thread yesterday and couldn't find it. I think I was crazy or something.

Yeah, well... it turned into 2 days of rest, but I wasn't really functional anyway, so no big deal. There were the cheats too, but even then, a simple blizzard isn't all that much of a cheat.

June 17
(the 16th was another rest day)
Combosets, day 2
Bench press
warmup 45x7
65x5
75x5
** tried 85, didn't get it back up. oh well.
75x5
75x3
65x5
RDL
warmup 45x5
warmup 75x5
105x5
115x5
125x5
125x5
125x5
apparently, my grip's limit is 125. So, I'll be bringing straps next time, so that if I have an issue, I can use them. (I won't be using them unless i need to, but even supinated and mixed grip weren't working for me.)
HRM: 28min, avg hr 103
then, shoulder rehab.
scapular press thingies 10, 2 sets
band external rotations 10, 2 sets
band internal rotations 10, 2 sets
band 45 degree raise 10, 1 set.
T,Y,L,W 8 reps of each, 5#db
then planks
front: 80s, 45s
side: 20s each
I'm gonna stick to just benching 75 for a bit, likely alternating with some dumbbell benches. I really should stop pushing for more, it does me no good, and I get nowhere.
CHALLENGE STATS
+1 eat (had a cheat, 1 slice of pizza, popcorn, twizzlers while seeing Fantastic 4)
+1 lift
+1 shoulder rehab
+2hr art
+3hr organizing life
