Great workout! Leg days can be killer, and looks like you worked them pretty good.

Lazy shit. No work out.
To top off, made last night a cheat night at red robin. while my "burger" (of the gardenburger variety) was just fine, the pile of steak fries really wasn't.
1 for nutrition, 0 to workouts, assload of time (about another 4hours) to orgizational personal goal.

Your avatar is fun. Nothing wrong with a planned cheat night every now and again. I don't know what my deal is. I used to eat french fries all the time. Truth is, I never really liked them. Sounds strange I am sure but it seemed to be a mindless sort of behavior. Eat fries. Blah. I hardly ever touch the stuff anymore unless I make baked sweet potato fries which I actually enjoy.

I have to honestly say, Newman, you are the first person that I've ever heard say they DON'T like french fries!
I love 'em. McDonald's are by far the best as far as taste. I wouldn't be in a hurry to eat them, though.

I am a strange one if you haven't figured that out yet. To me, french fries are pretty bland and tasteless. I am all about flavor. For so long I ate so much fast food and junk food and soda. I think it literally burned me out. I was eating so mindlessly that I could not distinguish any flavors at all. Now, all of the food that I create is bursting with flavors and is ultimately more satisfying. The mere thought of what I can find at most fast food restaurants simply seems boring and unappetizing.

That's interesting. Now that I've been eating clean, fast food has too much flavor for me, or maybe it's too strong. I've gotten used to food's natural flavor with just a touch of seasoning. All that fat from fried foods, sweet sugary donuts and pastries, etc. that I used to think tasted good, all have too much taste now....if that makes sense.

Fries. The work of the devil. Curly fries, more of his work after an epiphany.
We used to go to this place where you got two sides with your burger. I ordered a side of fries and,,,,another side of fries. Thank god I am passed that.
I find that the deep fried smell is pretty overwhelming if I have been eating clean. I also know I am far more sensitive to odors, ie smoke.
As for the star of the show here. We all have off days workout wise. I personally have more than i want to admit to these days. But stay strong, stay the course. Despite my best efforts I have not managed to change pants size.
Og.

I like the taste of potato. Maybe it's the irish in me :p
Nah, seriously. I like potato. Plain. Nothing on it. Don't need salt or fat or condiment... potato is good. Cold, warm, whatever.
Usually we just get fries you can bake at home, and I rarely feel the need to bother while we're out, because most of the time 50% of the calories is from the fat they're fried in.
Last night, however, they screwed up Otto's burger, so had to make another, so since I didn't want to eat my burger yet, I had fries. Normally I eat burger and maybe a half-dozen fries, but I ate all my fries and then my burger... hence it turned out as a "bad"
(I don't think of foods as good or bad, except taste, of course. I don't label things in such a way as to make it have that kind of power. But, I use it as a way to distinguish between on plan and off.)

You know at Xmas I was eating pretty bad because I was in the malls a lot...and it was Xmas, what the hell!
So I ate at a fair number of fast food places,
I walked into a McDonalds....
I looked around....
I shrugged.....
I walked out.
I guess I can slip, but not THAT far

There was for a bit where Otto would every once in a while (every couple months or so) would have a craving... then one day it was gone.
I mean, it's a serious stoop to actually EAT that stuff... but then again, I only ever liked their pizzas, and that was over a decade ago and only for a "limited time".

Someone in my Humanities class read that really well during our end of semester poetry reading. It is way more fun with the animation thought.
