Lastnight was drills in the pool. Wasn't too much of a workout, but even then I have no idea as my heart rate monitor decided it didn't like me and wasn't gonna help any. Twas fun though.

Wow one hour of yoga...you rock..i'm hoping to get to that point soon..i have a problem with relaxing..i want to rush though it...not what yoga is about...lol

Take a class
then you CAN'T rush through.

On my own I rarely get through a simple sun salutation.
I'm working on other areas of my life so that crap stops floating into my brain, but really it is HARD to force me to purposefully take time away from all that stuff I'm "supposed" to be doing. (Which, in reality, is only in my head anyway.)

So, yeah.

Check out Yogatoday.com. They have classes that you can download to your computer and use. It might help you get used to a good flow routine as well.

Ok, I've decided that what's really a good motivation for me is pics of hot chicks. And now Old Guy's thread is gone. So I think I'll occationally have to post a couple here for me to be "motivated" by.

Just got home, but earlier had a cycle class...
55 minutes
average heart rate 139

fairly brutal since yesterday's yoga was a decent amount of rotational work... argh. plus, apparently i suck at spin.
eating is ... i forget... like 1500 at the moment.

tomorrow would be first challenge day. Otto's still trying to figure out how to do his goals and I'm not positive i have mine correctly set up, but whatever.

Anywho... MARIO PARTY 8.
Then bed.
