No, I'm not working out. Just got over some bad-assed doms. Eating has been rather on plan, and I'm actually feeling pretty good, even with no beans. I knew the grains thing was doable, but for me kicking out legumes is kicking out a big protein source. I'm doing ok, but eating more eggs... cage-free etc of course.
I forgot what I came to actually say. Oh well. Happy New Year.
