Left because spastic "runner" (maybe he won the special olympics? I'm not sure if he was a spaz or really just "special"... it was that odd) ended up messing with Otto's lift and he tweeked his knee a bit. I stepped over to that rack area, and the floor was just being POUNDED by this dude... like seriously 10-15ish feet away you could feel it, but not at the 3 more feet at my cage.

Time: 36:32... actually it's more, forgot to start the HRM again till after first 2 sets of warmup squats
avg hr 123

Little sore now, not too bad.

Default The cool thing about my new semester

I'm in 2 physed classes. One is wellness and fitness, and 2 days a week we do swimming as our fitness activity. (I'm hoping this isn't gonna be some sort of joke telling girls (I go to an all girls' religious school now.. heh heh hehhhhhh) to aerobicize and starve to lose weight. They do have a weight training class I'll likely take another semester, but again, who knows, we'll see).
The other is a 2 day/week yoga class. So I'll be doing yoga 2 days and swimming 2 days a week for the majority of weeks in the next 15 weeks, which is nice. Add to that my normal workouts and I'll be DAMNED if I don't get under fucking 150 by the end of the semester. Hell, 15 weeks should have me at like 145 if I actually get real results.

Anywho, I've also got a 5 day a week intensive spanish class that has homework due tomorrow......
