I tried this class once too! I knew there was a problem when I was about 3 times younger then the rest, OR they were in a wheel chair. :/ |

Actually, I always feel really bad for her when she goes through it. She's definitely in emotional distress and I cannot explain to her that there's nothing to be upset about. I just love her all up and comfort her when it's over.

Got the AC fixed, so the exercise room and studio are less than 90 degrees again... woo hoo!
Otherwise, I'm just settling in getting crap done that piled up while I was away. (Yes, it's only 4 days, stuff piles fast here).

Nah, easy drive up (esp if you ignore the detour into Philly), easy flight back. Hardly slept while there, but didn't get much eating or working out done either, so I'm good. Recovered by yesterday, and now that the ac is good, I'm settled and sittin pretty.

It's amazing the "fitness" things that are around to buy... I need to find the stability ball stabilizer picture. That one is pretty mind-bending. :p
