Default Too many hobbies, not enough time to work out

OK so I’ve decided to start a journal to keep me somewhat on track. I’ve been doing taekwondo for about 2 years now and 3months ago I got injured while sparring, and following doctors orders I didn’t do anything. Now getting back into it I am amazed how far behind I got, all in just 3months. I was hoping to go to a big TKD competition next month, actually I wanted to go all year long, but since I had to take a break I am not ready, so I’ve decided that even though I can’t go to the competition I better still get back into the swing of things. Besides taekwondo I also bellydance and sometime perform in public and I ride/train horses professionally. Also my new goal is to enjoy running and to be able to do a pull up or a set.

Today:
PM-Kickboxing session with a trainer at the gym
PM-Taekwondo class

Diet isn’t good, I need to work on that. I won’t embarrass myself by posting what it really is.

That’s it so far.

Correct your diet first. Garbage in, garbage out.
Do you do any lifting?
If you don't have a regimented lifting program, I recommend NROL ("New Rules of Lifting") or wait for Lou's next book which caters to women, but it's probably not going to be out until the end of the year, at the earliest.
Welcome to JP's.
