On another note, I got a new job today. Cant really say what it is because I had to go through a big process and sign a confidentiality agreement.. But its good, real good.

Can we guess it?

It's going to be cool watching you get up to 600. I might lash out at you in a fit of jealousy from time to time, I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Good luck man

Good luck, not that you will need it. You have a plan, and I think you will make it happen.

Thanks again guy,

I will eventually compete, Im pretty embarrased by my bench press right now so im going to work on brining that up first. I know its not about numbers.. But if I enter and train for it, im the type of person that is going to want to win.

BB Incline bench
135 x 17

BB Military

Curls
90lbs x 19

Wrist roller
30lbs x 1
x1
x1

Calfs
92.5 x 20
117.5 x 20
x 20

Olympic style squats

250 x 20

GHR
bw + 10 x 22

I was shaking so bad on the squats, party because of training calfs first. I thought I was going to rattle all the plates off of the bar. It was mentally tough to get all 20, but I got em.. I was screaming the last few reps.

After finishing the squats I go over to the GHR and bang off more reps then I thought, then I leave the gym shaking like im epiliptec.. I could hardly walk. Then I procede to puke in a garbage can for a few minutes and then lay on a bench seeing stars for another few.. Guess it took a few minutes for everything to catch up to me haha.

Ouch, that looks hard as hell. I think I could do 405-315-225-135 for 8's if I only went an inch or two below //... Never really tried to rep out 405lbs though.. Maybe one workout ill get two friends and try this. Oly style squats id be lucky for 315-225-135 haha. Need more work.

Nice work Frank. 20 rep squats are not easy. The hardest part is convincing yourself not to rack the bar when you know you want to after 15 reps.

I don't know about the Jesse Marunde video, but this one is insane.

Flat Bench
175 x 20

BB Military Press
140 x 15

Skull Crushers with BB
75lbs x 20

Lat Pulldowns
heavy x 19

Deadlifts
405 x 8

Keeping reps pretty high for now... Sometimes ill fail a rep, take a few breaths and bang off another 4-5. Did this workout a few days ago but didnt post it because I wanted 15+ deads and I was pissed that I didnt get it. I think if I had my belt and chalk I would have been over 10 for sure though..

Im possitive that ive put on some quality mass over the last few weeks, my body is shocked I think because ive only trained really low rep and heavy before. Im actually about 200% more sore in this rep range it seems.

Oh, and my girlfriend officially thinks im crazy. For breakfast on thursday I ate 6 pork chops.. and the next day breakfast was PB and tuna hahaha.. So much more breakfast selection when you dont have to eat oats/eggs/breakfast foods for breakfast.

I've had tuna and PB sandwiches before. It's not as gross as it sounds taste wise, but finishing a whole one is a chore, it's a lot of chewing!

I like tuna.. but everytime I try mixing it with something it goes bad..

Chocolate whey, tuna, milk
in a shake = sick

Tuna, milk, egg whiles
in a shake = worse

Tuna and cottage cheese
mixed = ate it... this one was ok.

I think ill just stick to them seperate for now.. That sammwich would take me half an hour to chew haha.
