Default Learning a lesson with Teacherman

Just started NROL's Hypertrophy I on Monday and I will be posting my workouts here to keep me honest. The listing will be exercise, weight x reps.

Notes: It took some getting used to find the correct weight for the DL, used to do it heavier. This was a great workout, was completly exhausted after. Next time I will start with lighter weights to make sure I can keep correct form throughout.
