Newman, your goals look great! I know you'll achieve them. We'll all keep each other going! Happy Birthday to you! Just one thing...you'll have to edit your age at the top of your journal...

*edit 29. Being 29 is a little strange. I have always been older than I am interms of how I act, think, etc....but being almost 30 is an interesting realization. all its own. Thank you all for wishing me a happy birthday. It was very warming to see all the messages and PMs.

lol. I was a Pirate in High School.. that was our school mascot at least. Not that I was THE mascot or that I was a pirate in the sense of Steve the Pirate from Dodge Ball.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
Good luck with your goals.
Enjoy this year....it is the last time you can say you are 29 and have it be the truth.

Yarr matey....how true 'tis. I will have to admit to my being over the 30 hill next year. In the meantime. Warm welcomes are better than cold welcomes... personally I really dislike the luke-warm welcomes. I look forward to your addition to JPFitness. I am certain you have a lot to add. It is good to have you here.
Everyone, Say Hi IPSTER.....
