AM:
20min Warm Up
3mi Jog - Easy Pace

PM:
Circuit x 5 @ 20 Reps
1 Arm DB Swings @ 22lbs
Push Up
Step Up
DB Push Press @ 22lbs
Sit Up

30min Bike - Easy

Notes:
Kind of a girly work out but since I've been a slack ass the past few weeks figured it'd be best to test the water a little before diving in with both feet.

This is how you know it's been a long time since you've logged => When I clicked "last post read" it took me to the beginning of your log!

Glad you're alive...but what's with this slack ass-ness?

I've been at home for pretty much two weeks. For the most part I *should* have done better, but...yeah. I think I might have found something to motivate me related to my next "home". We'll keep the details under wraps in case it doesn't work out (for any number of reasons), but *if* it works out it should be pretty much a life changing\bad ass thing on a couple levels.

I've been meaning to ask - whatever happened to "talks like Tony" blog?

I prefer "Lord of the domain of endurance". I'm doing the PM stuff with another fella, but he kind of struggles to play along so I wanted "something" more than the scaled back afternoon stuff but nothing that was going to break me. Figured jogging was a good option since it's one of the three exercises that I'm tested on every year!

Talks like Tony was murdered in its sleep. I'm just lazy and didn't want to maintain two blogs.

too bad - I miss the anecdotes and insights into the male mind, such as it is.

I always figured that your wife read it one day and that it was murdered it's sleep. Not that you actually did the killing.

No, I killed it all on my own. My wife knows how I think and it was bookmarked on both PC's so she very likely read it from time to time. There are things worth fighting over, but me being a jackass isn't something that's going to be fixed so I figure she let it slide.

More than anything I'm mildly building up to my next career as "something training related". People are going to hold stuff against you when you're a 'tard in public. I don't mind talking about my thoughts and opinions, but some people don't realize that even though these things go through my mind I might not "act" on them\like that, ya know? If I'm going to take a bullet I want it to be on something that I feel pretty strongly about and have presented it in a way that covers as many bases as this medium can cover, not just a random thought that doesn't have any bearing on anything.

I dunno if that makes any sense or not...but it's what you get

Just wanted to make sure I marked my calendar... juuuust in case the tectonic plates shifted when you stepped foot back on native soil.
