Tried out my new Mizuno Wave Rider 10's...Wow. That's some smooth sailing right there.

Bill, I took 20 endurance workouts from the Gym Jones website and took a 20 sided dice to the gym...rolled'er and went at it. If you go to "schedule" you can see what workouts they did on that day and what it's supposed to do.

I wanted *something* more than what I was doing but don't really want to commit to lifting right now because it dorks with the running focus. Unfortunately the ol' calves are purely for beauty...they crap out on every run. I can't push myself consistently so wanted something else...that didn't involve a machine that doesn't go anywhere.

Jill> Sets of 10 That was "easily" where most of the time went. After 40 my "middle workout drink" kicked in and I was able to just finish it out with minimal rest...felt a little cheated.

Hey! My log just got hosed down earlier this week and it's been all puppies and kittens since then. Tryin' to keep it that way. Gobbla, you are very cute and innocent looking in that picture, but we all know what lurks in that dark and twisted mind of yours.

I gotta give you my props, too, Gobbla!!! That's quite a workout. Remove all the zeros and I might be able to handle it!

hey mister you know what? I have a reason for no training sessions on my journal. I was on a break for a week and TODAY I did my Fat Loss 1. just haven't posted it. But hey it's cool, you still came over and said something. hahaha neener neener neener. :p come by monday to see what I have done with my weekend. Have a strong workout diet weekend!! stay on track.

5x Circuit (25min...that was hard)
5x Clean and Press 115lbs
10x DB Swing 44lbs
15x MB Slam
20x Pushup
