Default Canoscan's (INSERT CATCHY TITLE HERE) Log.

I figured if I couldn't come with something witty for the title, I might as well use caps.

Anyways, I'm a new member here.

I've been cutting for about 3 weeks. I'm not sure if my diet is very good, like, its all clean, But, even though the scale says bodyfat is going down, I haven't been losing alot of weight. But then I also haven't been taking weekly measurements so I might just be retarded. (edit) I also wasn't including my post workout shake, so that was like 340 calories unaccounted for. So recently, I changed things up a little bit.

Stats:

Sex: male
Ht: 5'11
Wt: 170 lbs.
BF: Scale says 14-15%

Anyways, on to the diet. I have three different days. Days which I lift, days where I do HIIT, and every other day.

I've uploaded jpegs of the spreadsheets. And because it got cut off, the totals at the bottom for the weight training day are [Cal :2331 Pro: 255 g Carbs: 154 g Fat: 68 g] and for Hiit [Cal 2161 Pro:243 g Carbs: 131 g Fat: 66 g].

Since the jpegs are probably going to show up at the bottom anyways, I'll just get to the weight training. I've been doing 10x3 for fatloss (http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=795366). I'm currently on week four, and since it's only 4 weeks (and damn boring to do 10 sets for the same exercise) I think I might try something new. Any suggestions (no circuit training though) would be awesome.

Damn that was long. Anyways, to everybody who read it, thanks. And suggestions are welcome.

Welcome to the forum! You'll want to check out the training routines in the FAQ forum, though I have not done EDT (escalating density training) it is quite popular and I've heard nothing but good things you may want to try that.

Thanks. I think before I try EDT (it looks a bit too intense right now, and even after reading the article, I'm still a bit confused) I'll do some 5X5 stuff.

To anyone who sees this, and is knowledgeable about nutrition, could you take a quick look at my diet? Thanks.
