After the fifth set, I stopped being able to hold 90 second rest periods. I still counted to 90, but I needed to really be there mentally before approaching the bar. I gained momentum as the sets wore on, even as I started grinding. I started stiff-legging too much, but, well, whatever. My spine was neutral, and I locked out, that's what matters. Nineth set, I noticed I wasn't back on my heels. So I shifted my weight mid-rep, and it came up easier. Tenth set was four grinders. In addition, the bar was rolling back to one side, and my grip came out slightly. I need to watch where my hands go so I don't hurt myself.
I can't believe I pulled a volume of 9000 lbs.
Adjustments: Finish off with 10x5 and promptly collapse. It won't be easy, but it'll be worth it. That's what intensity is.
