Day 5:
Thursday, March 1, 2007
A1 dips: 5 x 10 @ BW A2 chin-ups: 5 x 10 @ BW-35
Thoughts:
Definatly need to add weights to the dips.
I should have no problem doing BW-30 on the chinups next time.
Thanks for checking out my log.

Day 7:
Saturday, March 3, 2007
A1 BB deadlift: 10 x 3 @ 225 lbs
A2 Ab wheel: 10 x 3 @ BW (knees)
Thoughts:
Deadlifts killed, I can not imagine 10x4 day on them. Yeah I skipped the calf raises, time constraint. Ab wheel felt good, but it did not hit me as hard as the first time.
I am glad I cycles through all the workouts and I am looking forward to finishing this program.
Tomorrow is 10x4 bench day, I do not think I can finish with 135, I will try real hard though.

Day 9:
Monday, March 5, 2007
A1 BB bench press: 10 x 4 @ 135 lbs A2 BB bent-over row: 10 x 4 @ 120lbs Thoughts:
I was surprised. I thought the 10x4 @ 135 would be harder. I bet 10x5 will be killer. Bent-over rows felt good.
Thanks for checking out my log.

A3 standing calf raises: 5 x 10 @ 205
Thoughts: Felt good, really liking the front squats.

Uh oh, two bad things happend this after noon....
The first one was I played basketball for an hour and a half. I have a feeling this will become a three day a week thing. I am so paranoid about not getting enough calories now. I have not been gaining weight in the first place, then add in an hour and a half of good cardio, shit!
The second thing is I discovered how good peanut butter cookies are! I do not like sweets, never eat them. These things are like crack to me. I need to find a way to make them so they are good for me.
I took leave on Friday so instead of driving in to work to go to the gym, I am going to do my first back to back and workout tomorrow. At first I wanted to stick to every other day, but it really is not practical for me.

Day 12:
Thursday, March 8, 2007
A1 dips: 5 x 10 @ BW A2 chin-ups: 5 x 10 @ BW-30
Thoughts:
Still need to add weight to the dips, my shoulder hurt a little when doing them from basketball yesterday.
The chin-ups felt a lot harder, but that also may be from playing basketball yesterday. I hope I can do BW-25 next time.
Thanks for checking out my log.

Day 15:
Saturday, March 11, 2007
A1 BB deadlift: 10 x 4 @ 225 lbs
A2 Ab wheel: 10 x 4 @ BW (knees)
Thoughts:
This day was tough for deadlifts. I had more rest days then I would have liked, but I know I did not have the energy at all yesterday. I am going to do my next workout tomorrow, my first 10x5, should be fun.
Looks like I just need to cycle through all the workouts one more time and I am done. This will be the first real routine I finish. Next up Strength Focused Mesocycle!

Monday morning weigh-in:161.5 (+2.5)
Sweet. I think it is weird I gained 2.5 lbs, I have a feeling if I weigh myself tomorrow I will not way as much. So next Monday I will be happy staying the same. Does this make sense?

Day 16:
Monday, March 12, 2007
A1 BB bench press: 10 x 5 @ 135 lbs A2 BB bent-over row: 10 x 5 @ 120lbs Thoughts:
The bench was good. I hit failure on the very last rep by an inch. I don't know how to write it, but I think that was the ideal weight for this program. It looks like I am all done with this exercise day. Cool.
Oh yeah the bent-over row seemed to wear my arms out a lot, I bet I am doing something wrong with them.
I will probably be doing the next day on Wednesday.
Thanks for checking out my log.

A1 front squats: 5 x 10 @ 105 lbs A2 reverse situps: 5 x 10 @ BW
A3 standing calf raises: 5 x 10 @ 225
Thoughts: I liked it, not much else to say.

Day 19:
Thursday, March 15, 2007
A1 dips: 5 x 10 @ BW A2 chin-ups: 5 x 10 @ BW-25
Thoughts:
Still need to add weight to the dips. The chinups felt great. I do not think it will be long before I can do 5 x 10 @ BW.
This is my 50th post. And I just noticed all my Day numbers are wrong. Oh well, I think I will not put those for the next program.
Thanks for checking out my log.

Just noticed when I started my weight was 157.8 I do not normaly weight myself during the week, but right now I seem to be 163.
+5.2lbs Not bad huh?
ABBH is almost over, I wish it wasn't. I am not entirely sure what program I will do next. I was going to go with the suggested list of routines in Muscle Revolution for increased strength and muscle mass, which is what I named my log after, but some of the exercises in the program I do not think I will be able to complete.
In SFM I would have to replace almost half the exercises, just doesn't seem right. I am not sure which one I will do next, I still have a couple days to figure it out.
One more workout left, the bad one. 10x5 deadlifts. Later.

Day 21:
Saturday, March 17, 2007
A1 BB deadlift: 10 x 5 @ 225 lbs
A2 Standing Calf Raise 10 x 5 @ 225lbs
A3 Ab wheel: 10 x 5 @ BW (knees)
Thoughts:
I finished ABBH! I want to do it again!
It feels great to finally finish a program. I am still not sure which one will be next. I know I am going to test my max bench press and max deadlift sometime during the week.
The deadlifts were killer. The ab wheel is as hard as you make it, and I tried to make it as hard as possible. The cal raises I just used to help the rest periods.
I know I did not follow the program to the T, but I did pretty close and I will definatly repeat this program later.
Thanks for checking out my log!

Looking like Waterbury Method, but I am going to go for some new PRs with deadlift, bench and pullups. Probably start in about a week.
I don't think I will be catching you on the deadlifts, but I will try.
Current 275, hope to pull 285 this next try.
Thanks for checking out my log, later.
