I felt good today. Some guy had that squat rack doing those kind of curls where you hold the bar like a hack squat and curl it with your forearms. Anyway because of that I had to clean the Jerk weight off the floor and that made them seem much harder. Stupid behind the back forearm curler! Oh well everything else went well.

The squats were hard today. I just couldn't seem to get any drive out of the hole. I kept getting stuck down there in the bottom and I couldn't get the weight moving at all. Everything else went well though.

I did the same warm up every day:
run in place 1:00
knees to chest 15 sec
heels to butt 15 sec
run in place 1:00
spread then close feet 15 sec
one foot in front of the other 15 sec
1-leg hop 10 sec (E)
run in place 1:00
jump both knees to chest 10 reps
run in place 30 sec
march in place 30 sec

Monday 10/22/07
depth jumps bw/5/2
chest pass MB/15/2
explosive sit up bw/15/2

Thursday 10/25/07
jump squat Bw/10/2
lying B.P. throw MB/15/2
explosive leg raise Bw/10/2

Friday 10/26/07
2 bench jump bw/15/2
overhead pass MB/15/2
explosive leg raise bw/15/2
