I felt good today. Some guy had that squat rack doing those kind of curls where you hold the bar like a hack squat and curl it with your forearms. Anyway because of that I had to clean the Jerk weight off the floor and that made them seem much harder. Stupid behind the back forearm curler!
Oh well everything else went well.
