Default This is gonna hurt..

so i finally decided to start putting my log online. im 21 years old (as of today), and 5'9".

I am just came off Adam's Diet last month after my first real attempt to lose fat, and then took about a week and a half off for a break during the holidays before starting the next routine.
here are some before and after pictures (sorry bout the crappy quality, i only have the camera on my phone):

-"Before" was taken 11/9/06 at 188.5lbs. my lower waist at its widest point is 34.75", and arm unflexed is 13.75"
-"After" was taken 12/20/06 at 178.5lbs. my lower waist at its widest point is 33", and arm unflexed is 13.5"

So in 6 weeks i lost a total of 10lbs, 1.75" off waist, and .25" off arms.
i feel that this was a success for a first real attempt, and now having some experience losing weight, will know better for next time. i still have fat over my abs that i really want to get rid of, but i figured 10lbs was good enough and since it was the holidays, id rather spend the time relaxing and spending time with friends who are home for the break, while still doing my best to make wise food choices. i also purchased Nutrient Timing and the Adonis Complex a couple months back and never had the time to read those, so i got to read them in the past couple weeks (and highly recommend them to anyone who hasnt).

I have just begun my training again a couple weeks ago, in a quest to gain as much muscle mass as i can, while trying to keep fat to a minimum (going to try real hard to keep my waist below 33.5").. and then i plan to go back on adam's diet by springtime to try to finally turn my 4-pack into a sixer.
