Different base hospitals. It sucks. Mostly an insurance thing. Base hospital won't stick up for you if you aren't tested under them. At some point all of the Niagara Region will be under one base hospital, but until then if you work different areas you get it up the hinny! Stupid huh!

Todays workout - Winging it
Db bench press- 30lbs/10; 35lbs/10; 40lbs/6; 40lbs/6
Cable rows- 100lbs/8; 100lbs/8; 100lbs/8; 115lbs/6
Flys- 27.5lbs/8;27.5lbs/8; 30lbs/6; 30lbs/6
Reverse flys- 25lbs/8 x 4 sets
lat pull downs- 100lbs/6 x 3 sets
lateral raises- 15lbs/8 + 10lbs/8 + 5lbs/8 no rest x 2 sets
crunches- 55lbs/15 x 2 sets
reverse crunches- 55lbs/15 x 2 sets
Did Craig's intermidate 150 workout last night at 9 pm also in 8 min's. Today was fun. Couldn't do my scheduled workout today because the quipment I needed was being used. I didn't have time to wait. Had fun though

Awww sorry Jimbo, but I really work hard for them! There are guys out there somewhere that like fit strong women. Plus they are only 13" when i flex. See there thats better right!
