In pinball, you sometimes give a little hip thrust to the machine to try to jog the ball one way or another.

I haven't had the chance to log my workout from the other day so here it is...

Day 5

warmup

elbow tucks 10x; press and reach 10x; PNF diagonals 10x; arm circles 20x each direction; reach, turn and lift 6x

Workout

Superset A

push ups plus-3x12@bw
inverted rows- 3x12@bw
1-2 min rest

Set B

bb curls- 3x8@50lbs
45 sec rest

Set C

1 arm curls-21's@20lbs
1 min rest

Superset D

db push press- neutral grip- 3x7@25lbs
Db suitcase deadlift- 3x6@45lbs
1.5 min rest

Whew I worked up aweat on that one.
I may up the weight on the first set at least on the bb curls. 21's are hard!!! Really hard as in holy crap! Will up the weigh on the push press and db deads. All in all I really enjoyed this workout too.

My legs are still sore from my last lower body day! I am sure all the driving and standing around in the cold doesn't help, nor does the crawling over hockey players to get the injured guys. So I am taking an extra day off and will do my lower bod workout tomorrow instead of today. My mid back is still bugging me, its way too tight and annoying me! I need a massage I think Oh well. I guess rolling around on my tennis ball will have to do.

LOL Julie!! I work football, hockey, figure skating, bike racing or marathons, any of the big charity walks. That is in addition to car racing, horse racing, concerts, events at bars, etc.
Fun times.

I'm just kidding I hope you know ... the internet is tricky since you can't really "hear" me and since you don't know my sense of humor ...

I seriously wish they didn't!! Drunks are sooo much fun to deal with. The clubs we work at are known for stabbings and shootings on occassion. Mostly beer bottle fights though. Oohhh Sooooo much fun.
