Just wanted to stop in and say thanks for all the Friday Foto threads and then noticed that you have been working with EDT. I went through one fuul session of EDT and 5 weeks of another before I turned my focus to my running training. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Thanks again for all your work on the pin up posts.

OK, so now I have to define goals for this 61 day Challenge.

Nutrition Goals

90% compliance - 110 half day blocks. I don't have a specific plan yet as I have several I am looking over. But it will be clean eating (damn I'll have to give up the Haagen Dazs Dulche de Leche for 2 months. Did you know they make it with cinnamon now? I swear they are in league with the devil).

Fitness Goals

27 weight training sessions
18 HIIT sessions
30 steady state sessions (I usually take a 30-45 minute walk per night after dinner so this one is easy.

Personal Goals

First, to make it through 61 days of this (I think some here would think that would be a miracle).

Second, 10 lbs. of fat loss. It's 9 weeks long so it's doable with the diet in order.

I may add to this later.

Competitive Goal

I'm taking a pass on this one as I have no interest in this. I can appreciate that some of you are into this sort of thing but I'm not.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

So that's it. It starts in a day and a half. Where's my beer?

Get it on, my man!

p.s. -- I read your competitive goal section as "I'm taking a piss on this one". Envisioned the coach from Major League wetting down Dorn's contract.

I'm usually not a light beer man but that brunette could convince me otherwise.

I'm only interested in the exercise aspect of it. I found the least offensive 5k I could do. On the beach...

Bob, there are women at these things, you know.

And you know if you drop down and fake that you aren't breathing one of them may even try to revive you. Or course it could end up being a guy (in Roland's case any way cause he has the getto booty that the boys can't resist hehe [sorry Roland I can't help myself] :p )

OK, for the Competitve part of the 61 Day Challenge I'll be particpating in the "Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma" walk at Riverside Park on June 24th. I had a good friend succumb to this disease and I also know two other women who have it. There is a link in my sig line if anyone is inclined to donate.
