Default The Quest to Look Good Naked

So i'll admit it, my only goal is to look good naked.
If my current goal is to gain muscle, it is just so I'll look better naked.
If my current goal is to get stronger, it is just so i can lift more weight and therefore gain more muscle and therefore look better naked.
If my current goal is to lose fat, yeah you guessed it, to look better naked.

Rambling aside, im 20years old, and 5'9".

I am just coming off Adam's Diet now after my first real attempt to lose fat, and am about to take a week and a half off for a break during the holidays.
here are some before and after pictures (sorry bout the crappy quality, i only have the camera on my phone):
-->

-->

-The pictures on the left were taken 11/9/06 at 188.5lbs. my lower waist at its widest point is 34.75", and arm unflexed is 13.75"
-The pictures on the right were taken 12/20/06 at 178.5lbs. my lower waist at its widest point is 33", and arm unflexed is 13.5"

So in 6 weeks i lost a total of 10lbs, 1.75" off waist, and .25" off arms.
i feel that this was a success for a first real attempt, and now having some experience losing weight, will know better for next time. i still have fat over my abs that i really want to get rid of, but i figured 10lbs was good enough and since its the holidays, id rather spend the time relaxing and spending time with friends who are home for the break, while still doing my best to make wise food choices. i also purchased Nutrient Timing and the Adonis Complex a couple months back and never got the time to read those, so im looking forward to that too.

In 10 days or so, i will begin my training again, in a quest to gain as much muscle mass as i can, while trying to keep fat to a minimum.. until i either feel like i gained too much fat or until springtime comes, at which point i will start trying to lose fat again to get as defined as i can.

I will be posting my mass gaining log as the time comes.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.
