Thanks, Bill. I made a decision a few years back that exercise would always be an important part of my life, so I've got to make time for it. I get into work early, so I can leave early, so I can go to the gym early, so I can get home to my family early.

It's all about priorities... which means that my TV/internet/video game time has suffered. That's probably not a bad thing (aside from my less frequent postings here).

Notes:

I overestimated my strength on this one. The 3rd deadlift set turned out to be a drop-set, as I started running out of gas pretty early.

Are you doing the lunges and step ups with DBs? That'll really challenge the grip.

Notes:

This was my 1st workout after a week of sinus issues and car troubles. Felt good.
