FINALLY! I was having significant tremors with the prolonged board hiatus.... here's yesterday's day one w/o from Bip/Jonathan:
Week one/day one
Mobility stuff
A1 Back squat 135x3,3,145x2,135x4 3-0-1
A2 UL UH DB row 60x3,3,65x2,60x4 3-1-1
B1 RDL 85x10,95x8,85x12 3-1-1
B2 Push ups 10,8,12 3-0-1
B3 Saxon side bends 6# dbs x10 (only 5/side, whoops!) 4-1-1
Tabatas: turkish get ups 20:10 x8 each side, 5# DB
Today, just some interval cardio on the gauntlet: 32 mins total; 5 min w/u 2 min c/d and 30/90 work/rest intervals at levels 15-17 and levels 4-6, respectively. A very nice 280 calories burned to dust--or more accurately, cellular debris.
Boards in two weeks. I'll be scarce until they're over.
XOXO
Tina

Hey...I've always been intrigued by Bip handing out Tabata TGUs. Now, I know TGUs are really hard, but usually they me quite a while to do one rep. How many reps can you get done in a 20 second work period and how heavy is the KB you're holding. Inquiring minds want to know!
