Well, hell... I'm just up the coast, ya know.
There are all sorts of derm conferences in San Diego and other SoCal locations, so I'd bet on me being vaguely in your neck of the woods someday in the not-too-distant-future.
This morning (SS cardio):
DEEEEESGUSTING, humid, ick ick icky run. Ran to a sbux and back, of course--after my slightly weak americano. I think I need to switch to grandes and see if they're a little stronger (they remember to put 3 shots in, but sometimes screw up on 4 in the venti)
Anyway, 3 miles/28:30. And now I'm off to attempt to outprocess and get the flock outta here when I'm supposed to do so. This is the official SFM three-way deathmatch start date, but I won't be able to lift until tomorrow due to my zeal over the last two days. I hurt.

That's it?! No fanfare? No bells and whistles? No fancy drumroll and announcement? After all the smack and buildup? I feel let down....
good luck everyone....

We're still arguing over the name of the SFM log... We're so focused on destroying each other that we have no mental energy to come up with anything catchy (that doesn't make it obvious that they've already lost, of course...).

SFM day 1
All 3x5@7RM
A1 Good mornings 100
A2 Decline bench press 98
B1 Chins (wt asst) 105
B2 BB Front squats 100
Jump rope, 5 mins
See 3 way deathmatch for my musings.... I'm going to TRY to keep my verbosity to a minimum here for a change.
:p

Smart move with the microloading and the assisted chins. Keeping things just the perfect number of reps will definitely pay off. Hell, we should just order the 2nd place ribbon with your name on it. Why wait? Good work!

Thanks, LD. I think we are all gonna be measurably stronger by the end of this here thing! Oh, and lest I forget... how would you like your third place plaque to read, hmmmm?

SFM day 2
3x8@ 10RM
A1 BB military press 65,68,68 (+3 lbs and +2 reps: prior best 65x6)
A2 Box squats 115,118,118 (best for higher rep scheme; overall best to date 135x3)
B1 GHR BW,=5#DBx6+BWx2,+2.5#DB (+2.5#, +3 reps)
B2 Seated pronated row 96,98,101 (looks like I did 106x6 previously, so I think this one's a wash today)
HIIT x 24 mins on the Octane elliptical (I bailed on the jumping jacks, they just look... too gay for words to do for 5 mins in public).
I need to look and see, but I *do* believe these are the biggest numbers I've posted for this many reps... ahem, ahem.
EDIT:
Yup. I was keee-rect.

Agreed. I'm doing box jumps, instead.
