Unflushable and Unplungeable
You better break out the Glade and matches too. This one's huge.
So I've decided to get back to logging. The goal is to make it through the whole shebang. I've been lazy lately. I've been going to the gym, but without a real purpose.
I'm doing Perfect 10 for my upper body, while trying to improve on mainly my front squat. And core stability. Core stability is a major part. If all goes correctly; I will hopefully have fixed my screwed up legs (My ART guy says I have one leg shorter than the other, we may find out this weekend.) And I then can do this, if I have good results on the upper body, for my legs.
The elbows will go to no lower than parallel on all pressing movements, to protect my fragile shoulder, which has gotten better with ART treatments. Also, a rowing type movement will always be used, therefore some supplementation will be required (like today.)
I will also try to get back to 2-3x a week HIIT sessions. I haven't run in a long time. I need to start back. The last time I tried to get bigger, my pants didn't fit anymore. That can't happen again.
Monday, October 9
Bench Press
6x3 @ 185
Pullups
6x3
Close Grip Seated Rows
3x10 @ 135
Crappy numbers on the bench and pullups. I was doing sets of 7 and 8 pullups a long time ago. I attribute that to a lack of doing them; and my lack of any formal strength training and general dicking around in the gym. That's gotta change.
Shoulder feels funky. That's not good. I need to stretch it out tonight. Not a good start. Got an ART appt Friday.

I still love you Nick. It's just taking me awhile to get back into posting. I miss having daily access to g-mail though.

Obsure and dated but appropriate.

It's also probably a "man law" that I'm not supposed to say "I love you" to another man.

I think there's some issues in off-topic you need to go resolve.

It depends on the context. I think if you just recieved tickets to a sold out sporting event you may be in the clear. If you say after leaving the sporting event, "probably not".

I think that's a good rule of thumb.
Thursday October 12
HIIT Bitches
5 minute warmup
3x1minute @ 10 alternating with 3x2 minutes @ 7
5 minute cooldown
Core booklet (I'll post the exercises sometime when I'm not lazy. Time to go play NASCAR and watch baseball and avoid the teenagers)

Speaking of Danica I've decided that I find the girl on Heroes amazingly attractive.
