When I Walk Into a Room, People Will Stare (NROL)
Well, I've decided to finally get myself together and start a routine again. The last routine I completed was some sort of TT. I am going to start a new routine with my new job. I'm excited to have all the equipment I will possibly need. To start, I've decided to go with NROL - Hypertrophy I. I've never really done a mass routine, and feel like it's about to change up my training a little bit! To go along with it on the off days I may incorporate some sort of bodyweight workout. Anyway, tomorrow I am going to start Workout A and can't wait to get started. I will post pics as soon as I get some taken for before shots.
