Default New Rules, New Log. Buster's Strength trip

As y'all can tell I am starting a new log for NROL Strength I,II, and III. I will be starting tomorrow with a short Break-in period of 2 weeks and then on to the Strength programs. I'm looking forward to getting started as I have been on a self imposed rest period for a few days and am getting a little ancy. As always advice, constructive critism, and rude ass comments are always welcome. Thanks everyone for so much support in my last log. If I get half as much in this log I will consider myself lucky.

I'll be sure to be here with a few "rude ass" comments.

I have a feeling you are going to kick some serious ass in this program, Greg.

I have a question . How much rest between different exercises and different supersets. I didn't know so I just took the 60. Is this right?

Greg,
Whenever I do these routines, I just take the rest period from the last set I did, before beginning with the newest set or superset. Sometimes it may be a little longer, depending on the setup for the next set, but it works for me.

John, so you're saying in this case just take the 60 right?

hahaha, it gets better.

The prescribed break-in rest is 60s between exercises.

So, do lunges for both sides, take a mnute to catch your breath, then do the rows, take 60s, rinse, repeat.
