Hmm if someone had gotten a picture that would've been a lolcat for sure.

OK. You seem a little stressed. I was watching mythbusters last night and in order to make Grant really, really, really calm, they got the two flufflies puppies they could find.
So here ya go!

And in case you're still feeling a bit ornery:

Thanks for the puppies!

According to Ginger, the head wound care specialist, I am in the home stretch of my treatment as long as I don't screw it up. They have changed the way they are doing the soft cast to a strictly compression and ankle support soft casting. Still, the home stretch is defined as probably six weeks. Then they can break it or I can be working off my probation hopefully.

Vasoline kitty appears to be okay.

Today's workout:

20 lb kbell complex

6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

Overhead press
Triceps Extension
Upright Row
Bentover Row
Curls

If I had a way to make tweener kbells between 20 and 25 lbs, I would try it. Maybe 25 lb dumbbells?

If it were me I'd try a 25 db for the 20 kb and a 30 db for a 25 kb.

Have a piece of bread already....

Greg, six weeks is NOTHING in the grand scheme of it all. Hang in there, buddy.

Puppies are deadly cute, but a kitten purrs when you snuggle it.

According to the PT, the whole in my foot is just about closed. Of course now I have to watch for infection since it can't drain as well.

I wish I would hear from the Army soon. I was hired, but I need a start date. Of course, if they determine I am some kind of spy or terrorist, I'll be fired before I am hired.

Today:

Crunches: 4 x 20
Reverse Crunches: 4 x 15
Superman: 3 x 15
Leg lifts: 3 x 12
Band Seated Crunches: 3 x 12 x 39 lbs

I am getting impatient with everything now. I feel like the world is passing me by. I want to know what is going on with my job, but no one has any answers and I don't want to be such a pain in the ass that they want to get rid of me before I start.

I was talking to a friend's 14 year old daughter. She has been diagnosed with MS at such a young age, but she is so sweet and brave and positive she shames me. I need to make a commitment to myself to be more like her.

Kbell Complex:

20 lb kbell

7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

Overhead Press
Triceps Extension
Upright Row
Bent Over Row
Curls
