Greg - hope your absence means you are wrapped up in holiday plans and celebrations, surrounded by people who love you. Have a Merry Christmas.

I'm doing okay. My wife screwed up and told me she loved me on the phone and I'm embarassed to say, it made me pretty goofy. We have been having friendly chats, but we are very careful after that.

I'm continuing with my recliner kb routine. I'm thinking of writing a book, The Recliner Workout Plan, How to Have Huge Arms and Ripped Abs and Keep Your Fat Pasty Butt. Who wouldn't buy that?

Christmas is strange. I sneaked over when no one was home and put presents under the tree for the girls. I was there stepfather for most of the time they were growing up and I'm not going to just ignore them now.

Alas most of it has been spent on my recliner with my kettelbells and in rehab getting massages. Oh and in the bathroom!

I am finishing wrapping presents. I will be spending tomorrow with family and loved ones so that will be nice.
